H520 with the CGO ET2. About 2 years old. I just did a factory reset and updated all... It seems to work now but only in the "Full Spectrum" mode of the thermal overlay. If you choose anything else like "missing person" or "house fire" it defaults to 575.6 degrees atmospheric.

I've flown several missions and when I bring up the thermal camera, there is no variation in colors... I checked the scale and it showed 378 - 575 degrees! When I checked the settings, the default Atmospheric Temperature is set to 575.6. I change it, but it goes right back... I've not been able...

Not sure if it was or not. Would that make a difference in the "Atmospheric Temperature" reading? I can look again.

Nothing I can think of. It's kept in a custom pelican box and I'm meticulous with logging flights, etc... I tried several cards with the same result. I get the camera view, thermal and all, but the record button is dead... frustrating.

I get that message now... there is a Samsung 64 GB U3 card in there that I've used before. Help?
