There is beeps when moving the D pads and some other buttons. Is there anything that can be done to fix it.

Has anyone had a problem with the screen suddenly stopped working? Batteries are fully charged, when I turn on the ST16 the blue light comes on but nothing on the screen or noise from the fan. It was working fine had 30% battery life left, moved to a different field 10 min down the road and...
