    I’m almost always putting it down at 1st warning. Through testing, my max flight time is about 15m (once) on average around 12m. Sucks! Not sure why I get such lousy battery life

    Thanks for the advice! I was on hold just now. It does suck though. One time I called and my hold time was 4 hours. I think there might be only 2 or 3 people handling all the calls.

    UPDATE: The music hold went silent and the call disconnected.....I’ve called them previously on several occasions, not much luck at all with Yuneec service

    On hold now w support 20m, your est wait time is 2hours 30m, your est wait time is 2 hours 45m your est wait time is 2hours Now 1hour in and “your est wait time is 2hours. What happens when they close?? Guess my est wait time goes to 16hours, haha

    Hi, thanks for all the good responses! I have the 2 batteries that came with my aircraft. Ultimately I think I should buy a couple more with and add an intelligent battery charger

    i was mainly test flying. hovering, flying in circles, alt max 120ft. i didn't think i was doing anything taxing that would drain the batteries.

    not sure if there are any new posts on low batteries. new fully charged batteries on a new typhoon h pro. all i managed to get was 12m on bat one and 8m on bat 2. i was out about 600 ft, (distance) and the low battery warning came on, kinda' scary, haha thoughts?
