My ST16 is having trouble connecting to the drone, it's able to pick up the camera feed but says it is unable to get parameters from vehicle 1. Anybody else having this problem?

Swapping the IMU did the trick! After that I followed all of RPRs calibration steps and the drone is much more stable and turning properly now. Didn't have a garage so I popped it in the fridge for 15 minutes for the cold calibration ? Thanks all for your help!

flight mode 2?

I think this is very likely because we did have a flyaway. I bought a replacement IMU which arrived yesterday. Going to swap that first and see if it does the trick, if it doesn't work then off to the service center it goes.

Thanks for the assist, followed all steps above and no more high accelerometer bias error. After one test flight the drone is performing much better, however, the drone is still relatively unstable in low wind conditions. I saw the same thing on the PX4 forums. I recently updated the drone and that is around the time I started seeing these issues, but i can't be sure. What do you mean by deleted the values?
