Ok, but Pix4d is an application that have been validated by yuneec to use with the h520. And lots of people use it for several years without trouble.

Thanks for your answer. The aim of the reset will be to clear cache but to remain in the last software version. Can someone explain why the ST16S could be so slow ? (no additionnal software (only pix4d), no video or photo store in the memory)

Same for me (H520) ! And before, i have no problem... Perhaps because of an update ? Is it possible to do a factory and do you think it could resolve the issue ?

It's the the cam for H520. When i press the button, the green led start blinking. But nothing change... and the wheel don't work too. My steady cam is normaly powered with battery and i do the mod to use a 3s lipo. And i adapt the contact plate because it was sell with the CGO2 cable.

Thanks for sharing your experience. However, i don't have the gimbal lock. I always get off the caméra after each flight and store it in the package. Do you know if it is possible to buy (or print) this item (gimbal lock)?

I had a problem on e90 after an update and it was hardware. Yuneec change the imu and all is ok now. Perhaps beacause of the calibration after update ? I have a question for the calibration : how to process to avoid to damage the gimbal ? Is it possible to turn it off and to lock the camera ...

for me, with the ST16S you can't control anything and you can only see the RGB stream (with no control, camera is "not connected" on the app). Thanks to VLC, you can see the thermal stream on a PC. Problems : - no control on the gimbal : for the pitch it is a real problem cause the cam stay...

Yes it should work ! But in reality, it doesn't work for the H520. Can you please confirm that you success to use the CGOET from H520 with a ST16S ?

I'm not sure ! For me, there is only the RGB screen, it is not possible to control the gimbal and the shutter button doesn't work. Can you confirm that it works for you ? (H520, ST16S and CGO ET)
