Looking to take a drone to Europe

On #1. I regularly go through TSA carrying the H as a carry on, in its backpack case. No problems.

How does Typhoon H calculate its altitude on landing?

Thank you AeroJ. And I imagine from reading other posts that there is no way to "reset" the barometer reading to zero, prior to take off, to ensure an accurate start. Would you agree? But if there is, how do you do it? In other words, how do you "launch with the barometer being" 'right'? I did...

How does Typhoon H calculate its altitude on landing?

Thank you, PatR, but something (barometer or ?) tells the processor to slowdown the rotors as the drone approaches the ground, because the rotors do slowdown, what is that then? Where is the processor getting the data that the drone is close and closer to the ground? My H has RealSense. In any...

How does Typhoon H calculate its altitude on landing?

Hi, does anyone know how the Typhoon H determines its altitude when it is approaching the ground with RTH? Is it through it's GPS or is it calculating it from it's under belly? In other words, if the underbelly of the H is obstructed, would it still be able to self land on RTH?

    better charger

Hi DCH, does this come with the right cables for the Typhoon H bartery? Hi DCH, does this come with the right cables for the Typhoon H battery?

    AirDrop device

Has anyone used an airdrop release device on a Typhoon H? FliFli AirDrop and Top Race Frop Clip are examples.

Gill, I experienced a discouraging response & here is the image of the exchange. Those who question your point can be the judge.

Typhoon H would not land; had to cut off the motors; crashed broke arm, propellers, camera housing...

OK, so you want the ST16 in view/recorded as I try to land or the ST16 AND the H?

Typhoon H would not land; had to cut off the motors; crashed broke arm, propellers, camera housing...

Tomorrow I will have to be alone; my son is out of town. May be I can set up my phone on a tripod; but do you really want to watch 20 minutes of no activity?? Of course I can edit it.

Sounds good; that's what I'll do tomorrow am! Thank you guys very much, I appreciate your help and ideas. I want to continue to enjoy flying the drone and remain as confident and excited as I was when it flew flawlessly. Two weeks ago I got back from an island off Venice, Italy, where I took...

My 20+ mins is based on my watch, not estimates and I had my son helping me as well.

Thank you AH-1G. Yes, I do have a stop watch and will time it. Tomorrow is a sunny day and I plan to do it in am.

Thank you Ty Pilot. No, I have not checked the sticks in the hardware monitor because: the drone moves in all other directions, even down, at higher than 20 feet perfectly; and, I just got it back from the repair shop that had said they were going to test fly it (may be they did not do it?)...
