I ran into the same problem . I got a tab from AT&T to play the videos from the sd card. When I tried to play I got the same thing . Took it back and got the iPad because it plays 4k. Video play back was perfect.

Depends on what you need done. I sent mine to a company in Texas. However I purchased a new camera for less then their cost to fix my broke one.

Don't know why it separated them

Well I managed to get the drone up 2 times so far. The 1st time I didn't have space on my card so I got zilch but the 2nd time I got some footage of upstate NY. A few other places it was too windy or way too many people .
