OK I was able to fix this it is absolutely a issue of a bad update. I highly recommend Joe with vertigo Drones he was a great help

Thanks I will try and update. Really frustrated with yuneec. We are a public safety unit and one of our cameras has been in for service since November. We cant rallybaffird to loose this one as well. The thermal cameras work great at night but not so much during the day.

I am having the same issue of the camera spinning. Very frustrated. Where are the resets on the camera. Also having an issue of logs that have already been downloaded reappearing and wanting to download again how do I clear the logs from the system?

Also I forgot to mention this all started after I downloaded and installed updated this afternoon. Whole downloading camer also went wonky and started spinning. any ideas would be helpful

Did you ever have any luck getting the firmware for the mantis q. I am having a similar problem and this is the second mantis that I have had this problem with. Would love to be able to fix this myself in the future as we have 5 mantis q drones that we are using for a public safety unit.
