I found that my J1 sticks if left awhile. I have to spray air at the pot for the thrust using the little window on the back (covered by the rubber plug). You have to look closely to see where the pot is. I think I had to use electronic component spray once to get it to unfreeze and it always...

I had the same problem, went through 98% Gimbal calibration but kept looking down (video working) would not level and hung at that point in the calibration. I had to slide the camera out several times to be sure the contacts were seated and then it magically started working again. Not sure...

Can someone explain the three positions of the Gimbal Pan control switch ( Follow, Follow with controllable, Global) . I've re-read the manual description several times and The middle and down position is confusing. "will adjust its pan direction according to the aircraft’s movements" is...

Apparently its the menu icon. You have to click it very fast until the first Yuneec logo is replaced by the second one which the one you normally see when you boot up. It takes a few tries but it does come back. Yikes, now i'm afraid to ever do another update.

So what button is it that you had to keep pressing, the house or the menu? I'm still stuck. Any other tricks, because I tried all of these. How fast are you tapping the "center" button?
