The exact same thing happened to me. I assess my situation , got out the super glue and took care of business. When I fly with that battery I do extra precaution. I put a little duct tape over the flap so it doesn't come open in flight. No problems at all so far. Keith Kuhn

I don't go to those extremes but I do listen for noises in the props. Sometimes one day Jet Li hand spin a prop I can hear a little slight clicking noise in there. Usually if I replace a noisy prop with a new one I can tell a difference when I spin it must be some type of slight wear or...

I'm with you I don't want any more crashes either. I have had my share and if this stage of the game with parts getting harder to find who needs the headaches not me. Even though I know deep down sooner or later something will most likely go wrong. K Kuhn
