try an iphone. i noticed too when flying it w/ a ipad (older generation) we had a video lag too. no lag whatsoever w/ the iphone.

With or without the replacement cover i still cannot calibrate the drone. but it does fly well even without the calibration. try fly it without replacing anything (with the broken glass) and without calibrating.

checked the link you sent me and you're correct, lots of parts available. only no full drone without accessories would love to find just the drone if they sell it, brand new, w/o box, batteries, etc

i changed modes in mid air during its maiden flight. it dropped 4 ft on concrete and the only visible damage was the glass on its belly. since then doesn't take off saying that it's too close to the ground. suspected that the glass affects its sensors' calibration. so.. i bought another belly...

it's easy to unsnap the cover starting at the battery end. use a fine flat screwdriver to prop it open. once the battery is out the upper body flexes and allows you to prop the cover like on a samsung phone. tell me something please: does the cover come with the mirror glass that broke? looked...
