My GPS must be working as i have locked on to satellites. With it sat on my bench in the workshop, the GS has 7 sats and the drone has 9. I still cant run a compass calibration, turn the GPS switch on or set the maximum altitude. What's also odd is even though the drone is on the bench...

That's interesting! Least i know for certain now, i wasnt aware that the E90 and C23 can be used interchangeably.

Climbing the mountain i knew there was gonna be a lot of movement on the backpack cos the paths are very rocky. I was getting worried that something could accidently tap the power button when the drone was packed away in the back pack and deplete the battery. Lesson learnt, I wont be doing that...
