The problem with the sticky post is that when I'm alerted that there is new activity in a thread I'm following and I click the link and it takes me to the middle of page 3 on this thread how am I suppose to see the sticky?
Not trying to be difficult just trying to...
I sent an email to Yuneec last night.
Here is their reply.
"Greetings Mr. Daniel's, Yes we have been experiencing issues with our site and it has been down. At this time you will not be able to get any firmware. We are working on this and should have our site up and running in no time. Sorry...
Can't log into their site again even after clearing all cookies, history, media certificates,..... in chrome or MS Edge.... I still think someone is hacking and trying to redirect their URL
Security certificate error.
I have tried a couple browsers from a couple different internet connections and it appears to me that the site has been hacked and tried to redirect you to a different Non yuneec site that trys to look like a biz site but says bad things about the products.... Guess Yuneec pissed off a hacker
I checked all of my emails yuneec and now of say this like the email Droneclone posted in the link you shared.

Whole thing from beginning to end...

They sent me waiver to fill out and sign which I did then sent it back then they sent...
Cool. [email protected] is a great resource.
Let us know how what they say.
Lots of pilots on this forum. I have Single Engine Sea and Single Engine Land ratings on my pilots certificate.
I love flying boats the best!
Under part 107 you can request a waiver to fly at a higher altitude.
Part 91 covers manned aircraft.
Part107 covers commercial drone flight.
However Part 107 does allow for deviation of the regulations to assure a safe out come. However this regulation is for something not planned...
