I have had it happen 4 times that I remember, and I got my H around the first of April.

I fly in uneven terrain and on a few of occasions, I have had difficulty landing after walking downhill with ST-16 while H is in flight. Flying Angle Mode, no OBS, H is about 20 feet off the ground and refuses to come any lower. I also have trees around, so cycling to RTH has helped when there...
