I purchased a refurbished Q500 4K from an individual in Florida a couple of months ago, he said that there was an issue with the software. Turned out the ESC's weren't assigned correctly in the GUI, an easy fix. I updated the firmware with every piece as a precaution, but may not have needed...

I live in Chicago and am constantly looking for interesting places to fly my Q500 4K and get great footage. It's a challenge to shoot here, because it's pretty windy frequently and we're constantly surround with the public in mass. I shoot exclusively in 4K, anything else is a waste of time...

Hey All, new Typhoon Q500 4K owner here. Does anyone know the correct size for the prop balancer shaft or rod. I believe it's 8mm 1mm but I've seen two sizes listed for the Q500 and I want to make sure I purchase the correct prop balancer, Thanks

Do you know what the size is for the Typhoon Q500? I believe it's the Du-Bro 8mm x 1mm. Thanks

Thanks Chuck, I didn't know that some of the Q500's didn't come with all of the accessories. My drone was advertised as being "refurbished by the manufacturer" and came in the cardboard box. I ended up finding a lanyard / strap from Carolina Dronz at a good price, so I went ahead and ordered it.

Hey All, New Q500 4K owner here. I bought the unit used and it came missing quite a few accessories. Of the missing accessories was the Strap or Lanyard for the ST10+. Do any fellow owners out there have a spare they could part with? I'm also missing the the AC/DC Charger unit and AC Brick...
