Don't use the stock charger, if you don't have a professional charger it's time to buy one. Batteries must be kept in "storage" mode when unused, you need special adapter cable to do that, like this one: See also here about batteries use and maintaining: (remembering John... 😢)...

Be careful with batteries...if they are old it's better to replace them.

Try to switch it on with usb power supply connected...if it starts, the problem is the main board that doesn't distribute the power as it should.

Welcome from Italy. I suggest you to inform about batteries use & maintain, lipos batteries need specific care. You can find some tips here: https://yuneecpilots.com/threads/lipo-battery-care.22821/

The problem is app incompatibility with last Android versions...you can buy an old phone for few bucks, with Android 7 (Nougat) and install the app on it. There's no other way to fly the Breeze.
