    CGO3+ lens distortion correction

@Lucas Galli Hello! The CGO3+ has a wide angle lens that's not glass. It's not going to look like what's on a commercial photo camera. I haven't checked lately but there used to be a profile for the camera in Lightroom Classic that corrected some of the distortion and gave some reasonable...

    Interesting facts

I've always launched to 20-25'. It seemed to improve the GPS signals and definitely reduced unseen sources of interference as "Sureshot" says.

Has anyone used the real sense?

Not that Yuneec is likely to be interested.... Intel has a new version of Realsense https://www.engadget.com/intels-latest-real-sense-camera-has-twice-the-range-of-previous-models-150040205.html As mentioned many times having one Realsense on a drone isn’t a lot of protection.

What aided your decision into purchasing the H over the rest?

In January 2017 I was surprised by my wife's parents who gifted me with a TH 480. I read the Yuneec manual but it had so many holes in information that I was very worried to give it flight. So... I went to YouTube and found Jeff Sibelius. His videos were what I needed. In depth, no nonsense...

    Serious Belief

The FAA hasn't done anything yet but put out a proposal that has received thousands of negative responses. If anyone here dislikes the proposal and hasn't shared their thoughts to the FAA then there is little to complain about.

    Serious Belief

Perhaps you haven't noticed it but in the US the citizens have little affect on the Government since "Citizens United". Corporations, SuperPACs, and PACs drive the government. $$$ is the mother's milk for our government, at least for politicians who oversea the government. Now, can we get...

    Don't Ever

I have a LOT of users and passwords and they're all different for security reasons. I don't write them down though. I use 1password to store all of them and 1password is on all of my devices. It's worth its weight in gold to me. https://1password.com

H3 doesn't correct my HPlus issues

If you're used to DJI or Autel controllers then the ST16 would seem huge. Many Typhoon pilots, like me, appreciate the large screen and not having to donate my phone to being the screen for the controller. YMMV I chose to use one of the "Transmitter Trays". It makes the ST16 very comfortable...

    So where is it?

US tariffs??? I'm waiting until I see the Autel EVO 2 Pro. It has promise but right now only the model with the lesser sensor is in the hands of pilots doing tests. Time will tell. I'm in now hurry to burn a lot of money at this time.

Feeling happy with my new Typhoon h3

Warning: geek perspective There are many compression techniques where no data is lost. JPG files are 8 bit. If you're shooting RAW (DNG) then you typically have 12-14 bit sensor data. JPG aren't inherently horrible but I'm not a fan of throwing away that much data from the sensor. This...
