E30Z has only 1080p - around 2MP. Also Autofocus + not reliably fixed focal length may be problem for mapping. I can't see any sense for using it that way.

MissionPlaner is completely separate software from ArduPilot.

It's possible to import shp polygon in survey or shp line in corridor in QGC/Datapilot. Also it's simple to convert shp to kml in GIS software. For waypoint mission you can import line shp to MissionPlaner software and save mission as .waypoint or .plan that is readable by QGC.

That's another approach. Fit near perfect in oryginal case. Also interchangeably with MAPIR camera. From some iteration there's added 4 dampers. There is also 3D printed lightweight mount for light sensor/gps, but not visible on photo.

Mike Irish, are we both talking about use that card in ST16S? VGLDATA_H520 You know you must copy mission files from card to proper directory using any android file manager? There is no card visible in there? And also no android prompt like: 'you must format card before use' ?

Thery you have some fw: Yuneec - Google Drive Newerless from my tests downgrade doesn't solve problem. For mine one of oldest gimbal, sometimes suddenly grabe offset in pan and tilt. And slowly returns to level. That's not related to motor encoders/imu. Indication's and logging have real values.

Thats exactly Advanced mode, still like in QGC, it is imposibble to change most of parameters.

Nice idea, but as you mentionet there may be problem with px4 parameters like gps1_baud. There is possibility to check that with advanced mode in DataPilot or in unbranded QGC, but If you know how to change blocked params?
