Another thought on the DroneFly app... Maybe it is the app that controls the AC when using "Smart Mode" functions .... Follow me, Journey, POI, etc??

Well, I hate to contradict other more experienced people here, BUT... I just did a factory reset on my ST16. The DroneFly app seems to be a factory file, as I have it as well, and a factory reset did not delete it. Now I need to look up the post for the broken line settings again to smooth out...

I have a pair, and I hand them to people that are curious as to my flying, so they can see what the camera sees. Almost everyone walks away muttering something that sounds like "I gotta get me one of those!". I don't use them personally, because I feel the need to be ready at any time to access...

Ramrod You could also remove the top cover again, and add a few twists to the gps/compass wires. This acts to cancel out interference that may be picked up in the wires.

They are still promoting, and selling the unit NEW, so the onus is on them to support it. Otherwise, they should release an end of life/ End of support statement. Such as DJI did with the Phantom 1, and 2 lines... etc. But that is just my opinion... you do know what they say about that...

I get good range from my stock antennas, but I am one that likes to keep the unit in my line of sight at all times. Straight out of the box, the unit really does not need anything added to it for flight. One accessory I would recommend is a Quality battery charger that will put your batteries...

Ouch is right! I just logged into ebay.com.au, and saw that after-market batteries are in fact available, but they run from $135-$185 AU each.

Have you checked the little antenna that sits inside of the CGO3+ camera? It is the transmitting antenna for your video feed.
