I have purchased a new cgo3+ camera and I am not getting any power to it or red or blue lights on the camera as well. What could I do to get power to the camera? Thank you

I added a new cgo3+ camera to my typhoon H and I cannot get it to power on. No blue or red light at all.The camera I purchased was brand new. Not sure why I am not getting any power to it. Any help would be great. I am new to the Typhoon H product. Ron
