Removed the landing legs to have the frame in a flat surface, keep repeating the 3 note error tone. The led at the IMU chip turn red at the 3 error tone.

Start doing the calibration as usual but at the end do not finish with the successful noise, just keep repeating the noise instead of finish. Will try to use dropbox for the video link

It is better to download the Q500 GUI in Windows. GUI for MAC download only work for the older OS like High Sierra

Did you still have parts from your crashed Q500, I am looking for the controller board.

An option can be to buy carbon fiber frame from Rakon Heli, and use all the Q500 parts besides the plastic frame. It is good hobby for your free time.
