Not always true. They have covered them if not pilot error. I had two drop out of sky for no reason and proved it and they fixed them n/c. Just wish they weren't crashing. Believe I have a lemon.

Those wires are unnecessary. Remove the 3 screws, slide out the chip, and camera works just fine thru the main wire connection. That's what happened to me and they told me to do that. Not sure why , hobble town didn't know that fix but it works. You can go fly in 10 minutes with what you've got.

I agree with the writer. My first drone so loved it. all the fun extras and customer service were exciting. Then my Q500 4K dropped in perfect weather, no obstacles and shattered. Again, great customer service on return and shipping and free repair. They could have claimed pilot error but...

camera works fine without that wire harness .remove it. and crashes are covered if not your fault. mine was.
