Hi all, Issue resolved [emoji41] I gave the pots a thorough cleaning, disconnected cleaned and reconnected the gimbal connectors, and hot-glued the pot PCBs to eliminate any movement or vibration. Between them this sorted out the issue. Cheers for all the advice [emoji106]

Plan for later today is to open up the ST16, thoroughly clean the pots and connectors, fix the pot connectors with hot glue, and if all this fails swap the gimbals over to try and narrow down the issue. I’ll let you know how I get on....

Ok, I found this, which looks to be the same problem: The fix isn’t that clear from the video (I don’t speak polish) but one of the comments suggests using hot glue to fix the problem - I might give it a go.

The more I think about it the more I think it must be a software or circuit board issue - if the problem is just with a faulty aileron pot I can’t see how it would also result in an elevator output. There must be something else at play. As suggested, I might try swapping the gimbals over to...

Just checked the properties again to make doubly sure that neither channel was mixed. As expected neither channel is mixed with any other. I’m wondering if the gimbal pot itself is faulty, or if it’s a software glitch.

Hi all, Recently encountered an issue whereby on boot-up the video stream from the E90 is being received on the ST16, however the ST16 cannot connect to the H520 itself. In other words, although the camera view is visible no other controls work (including camera pan and yaw) and the 520 cannot...

Problem is, many jurisdictions have privacy laws which are entirely separate from drone laws - you could be flying entirely ‘legally’ from a drone point of view, but still breaking privacy laws.

The Airdog has various issues of its own, but it was purpose designed as a follow drone and in that respect there’s no other drone that comes near it for follow capability, H included.
