I have a H520 and would also like to try out the beta. I am aware of UAV Toolbox, but have not yet worked with it. I operate in Germany.

There is an additional option to extract the thermal video: ffmpeg (FFmpeg). The command "ffmpeg -i YUN00001.mp4 -map 0:2 thermal.mp4" is an example how to extract.
