I always allow them to cool before charging and keep them stored at 11.4 volts

That is what I do I shut down when the drone is six inches or so from ground on my q500 and H and it typically works fine.

If I knew when I bought my drones what I know now about their customer service I would have never gone with yuneec, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never buy from them again.
