This is the video of the latest crash (from late December that broke my props etc..) I still need to get the camera back in once piece, also.

I'll charge it up and go for a test flights tomorrow after factory resetting everything and making a new model/bind

Any idea of what the cause might be? And more importantly.. how I can attempt to fix it?

I used to have a good relationship with that repair centre. But they've now had my Q500 4k and H for 5+ months.. and the "refurbished" unit I was given has been plagued with issues, and now they have accused me of stealing it. Meanwhile, I am without a working drone, and am losing income...

Here they are. Thanks for taking the time to have a look.. Now that you mention it, in the last 'flight' there was a very noticeable delay between WiFi commands, and it was also causing 'Flight Control' to crash a few times.. a bit scary when the drone is sitting in the air..

I will attach the Remote files shortly too.. Also, thanks to Haydn for listening to my ranting and raving on the phone.. I have a few things to try also.

Maybe they can listen and repair the 2 drones I've had fail, both within warranty period, yet not be repaired..

Attached is the telemetry data from the last 'flight' as well as photos of all relevant screens on the ST16.

Not unless its randomly changing by itself.. I'll take a photo in a minute to confirm, but, the other day, I launched the drone, took some photos, landed, and went to take off again about 30 seconds later, and it flipped over.

Oh, excellent. I always thought it was only recorded to the microSD, not internally.. I'll head to my office now and grab the ST16 and take a look.. Thanks!

There was no microSD in the ST16 at the time of the crash.. I assume that's the only way I'd have that data?

1) When I picked up the refurbished unit, the drone and ST16 had non-matched firmware, and wouldn't operate properly. I immediately upgraded both to the latest. 2) Yes, I ran through the test program on the ST16 to make sure each control was sending the correct signals, with no jerks or anything...
