There is clip on this site on how to open the hex up. Had the same problem, ordered new clips ect. from carolina and replaced it my self. Had to drill a small hoe in arm to be able to replace one screw. The new clips are made of steel , rather than some kind of pot metal. They must have realized...

HI, was having a lot of weird things happening when I first got my H. toilet bowl effect ect. was advised to do a accelometer calibration, and this has solved all my problems. they do not seem to put enough emphases on gps and accelometer calibration. Very important to sdo both.
