esc assignment problems

Hi all, i was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem with a Q500 4k. I have rebuilt after a crash. When i plug the drone into the gui it says my no2 esc has falied even though this esc was replaced. When i try to assign i start at 1 (as per gui) then i can get to number 4 and it fails...
