400' max altitudes

why is my q500+ maxing out at 400' ? I cannot push it a foot over 400, where as just the other day I had it at 850-900'. Can anybody tell me what I've done wrong or how I can fix the problem?

The setting can be changed in the GUI but... About | Know Before You Fly 400' is the max safe height strongly recommended by the FAA (U.S.)

Yea we have faa clearance. I am attempting to get above our tower crane so I can get some good footage of the sheave bearings without having to walk the boom and inspect them. What do you mean by GUI?
