Those are fairly different batteries. Especially since the voltage difference ist quiet high. If they are the same geometric size you can expect the LiPo battery to have at least the capacity of the NiMH battery. Most likely even something like 50-150% more. The power output will also be a lot higher since LiPo batteries usually allow for higher currents.
