Although RC aircraft and flying over people usually do not mix well, they were about as professional and knowledgeable as you were going to get.
Also sounds like the had the FAA backing. Usually they use a camera on cables suspended over the field to get aerial shots, but even those have been known to break.

Hmmmm, one licensed UAS pilot, 2 observers, 2 safety officers if all of these people are on the payroll it could get expensive real quick.
