I have just received my new (to me) ST16 (3 antenna) for my Typhoon H. In the page that shows the various apps, there is the symbol for "Play Store". Every time I push it, it says "Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped." Where is my problem? I tried going directly to the browser but I get the same message. Also, when you are in the app page, in the upper right corner where the battery and time are displayed you can swipe down and one of the items you see is your name under a large blank circle. Is that where you can put your photo? How?

The Play Store is stopped because it is a resource hog and was purposely crippled in the OS by Yuneec designers.
The ST16 is an RC controller that uses an Android based tablet for the User Interface. It is not designed to be a general purpose tablet also.
Many DJI users devote the phone or tablet they use with their system to the single purpose of being the UI for controlling their aircraft. They remove bloatware and turn off cellular and only run the flight app.

Never install any apps on the ST16. They can interfere with the Flight Control app causing you to lose your H.
