Are there ND filters solutions

I just got one and was wondering if there is any ND filter solution out there? And can someone please confirm that a nd filter comes attached to the lens out if the box or am I missing one? And lastly, is it ND1?

I just bought a Typhoon 4k yesterday. In the accessory box was the ring but no filter in the ring. The UV Filter was already attached at the factory to the camera but the ND in the accessory box had no filter in it. How to I get this fixed.

Thanks for clearing that up. I wish they can ship one before i travel or would be a real bummer
