Bad battery

I just bought the typhoon H. I have yet to fly it. I went to charge one of the batteries and it consistently gives me a blue light. The other battery charges fine. I've tried reseating the battery over and over again, but I still get a blue light. Any idea how to fix this?

If it is new and under warranty, call Yuneec and get it replaced.

It might also be dirty contacts on the battery. If you think that is a possibility then something like this could help. You need a cleaner that is safe on plastic and metal and leaves no residue.
