What does it mean when my red light on the charger flashes slow 2x then flashes rapidly before all three light flash together and then green flashes 4x ....repeats over and over

Red flashing is battery charging
Red/green flashing is balancing
Solid green is charge complete
Blue flashing or solid is an error
From your description it sounds like the battery is starting to balance charge, then an error is detected. I suspect you have a cell that is outside of tolerances. If you have a multimeter check the voltage of each cell and report back on this thread.
