Best firmware for longer wifi range in europe

I know I am probably repeating things, I have read multiple posts on forum and I am confused with best firmware for longest wifi range.

I am using newer version of europe firmware (F) but I am planning to return to E because of faster connection time.

However I had problems on both E and F firmware, display lags on more than 40 meters, and on more than 50-60m sometimes freezes completely. Controls luckily work.

Is there any firmware with noticeable difference regarding wifi range and display. (I live in europe - Bosnia). Thanks in advance

Hi, the range also strongly depends on your phone's WiFi. Sometimes older phones work better than recent ones. My old Nexus 5 would give me up to 100m reliably, the more modern Motorola I used before worked more like what you are reporting.
For better range in general, look at the range extender options. The forum has very instructive on that.
