Bind & PC Hook up Issue - PLEASE HELP

I have a Q500 4k and I can't bind it. I've followed all the videos online 100 times and nothing. It shows the camera (see attached) but nothing under model.

I've download the software to try and hook the drone to the computer to update it and I can't get it to connect.

Please help!

How are you trying to bind the drone ? What are your steps ?
Do you ever get the orange led indicator showing your in "Bind" mode ?

I actually figured it out. I bought the drone used off craigslist (first mistske) and they had some weird cable tied into the reciever (see attached). I disconnected it and plugged it back in normal and works great

Not sure what we're looking at other than a first version receiver.
Definitely a strange connection in there.
Glad you got to the bottom of it and hope your back in the air soon.
