Calibration the ST - 10

What does the Calibration of the ST - 10 do ? I just heard about it within the last week or so ?

It calibrates the controls in the box....
Lets just say you notice that the Q yaws left a lot harder or faster than it does to the right....
That could be a stick calibration issue.
Perhaps the camera pans down but only pans up half way....
That could be a control calibration issue..
Depending on the issue, recalibrating may help.
