I'm use to having my H batteries stored at 50% when not in use. I use a DY3 for that.
Since I don't have a DY5 (yet) for the H+, is it ok to fly down the battery to 20% or so, leave it at that level for couple days to couple of weeks?
I'm currently using the stock charger that came with the kit..

You want to store it at 15.4V which is 3.85V/cell. That is the recommended storage voltage for the LiHV batteries. Try flying it to 30% and see what the voltage is after rebound. A little bit of experimentation will find the right percentage.

For what it is worth, I bought a SKYRC imax B6 mini balance charger and have put all my batteries (Yuneec and DJI) into storage mode, they are stored at 15.4v per cell and recharged one battery the other day and what a difference it made to the battery max. capacity compared the charging with the normal supplied charger, that is in my option
