A gust of wind caught the typhoon while it was landing and chipped the prop tip. My thought was why throw a good prop away.
I put the prop on wax paper with the tip clamped and put epoxy at the chip, let cure 24 hr. When cured sand to contour and balance.
Worked like new. Flight time now 90 min.

How's the balance?

Glad it worked, but it seems to be a lot of time and effort to not replace a $7.00 prop and be done with it.
