Greetings Fellow Pilots! Of my three computers, all windows 7 platforms, only my laptop is able to detect my Breeze. The two desktops have superior performance and software, so those would be my preferred computers to work with. I have looked in the the Device Manager of the control panel under disks drives. All but one are listed as USB Devices. The exception is listed as a ATA device. However. this device is there whether the Breeze is connected or not. Please advise.

Is the Breeze turned on when you plug it in via USB? It is a PCB mounted SD memory and needs the Breeze powered up to be read. You should see it in Explorer (the file manager). It should also show up in the lower right Task bar under the USB devices widget as a removable drive.

I don’t have my Win7 Ultimate desktop with me and Win10 is so different in this regard that I can’t help much more than I have.
