Not quite understanding the purpose of your question.
The CGO3+ IS the video signal provider from a typhoon H (H480) as well as the rest of the Typhoon line. Without the cameras, there is no video signal.
Are you asking if something else can receive the video signal from the CGO3+ camera, along with the ST16 controller?

The Typhoon H can use the CGO3, CGO3+, or CGO-ET cameras and be controlled with the ST16 controller. If you use any other camera on the system you will need a way to power the camera and gimbal and have a separate controller to control the camera and gimbal.
