So this evening my buddy was flying his mantis q, and it got picked up by another controller and took off. has anybody else ever had this happen to them? and do you have any tips or suggestions on tracking it down?

The WiFi AP in the Mantis Q only allows one connection which means he would have had to lose his connection to the aircraft and another person that knew the encrypted password to his Mantis Q was there to steal it mid flight.
He has a greater chance of being struck by lightning two times than having the Mantis hijacked in flight.
