Crash after takeoff and hover for 30 seconds (Logger update 20200119)

It's hard to say what the log files mean. There are tons of flight mode changes, especially in 00003. For me it is not clear what you have done or what was tested there. A lot of crashs are there with motors blocked. I guess the drone tipped over during landing. Was it drifting left or right?

In all cases GPS looks good.

I think, your right stick on the ST16 has a problem. Roll values are never at 0%. Can you please check the sticks in HW monitor? To make sure that nothing is wrong with channel settings, create a new model from scratch and bind the drone to it.
Possibly you need a stick calibration with the hidden menu. There are good videos on youtube for that.
If calibration not help, then the stick potentiometers needs to be cleaned with some contact spray.
