Ok guys just crashed my H (not the plus). The camera looks like it slides on and off can anybody confirm that

It does slide on a mounting rail, but there should be a latch that needs to be released in order to unmount it.

At the top front of the gimbal is a compression lever. Depress that (upwards, towards aircraft body) and slide the gimbal forward and off.
I feel very sorry for you Mike and your drone also. PLEASE DO BOTH OF YOUR DRONES AND YOURSELF A VERY BIG FAVOUR AND READ THE MANUAL IN THE FRONT OF THIS FORUM SEVERAL TIMES.. After that you should know how to take the camera off the underbody of your H480 and don't touch your H plus until late you can fly the H480 competently, as the H plus will cost you more to fix . They are a fantastic machines, but PLEASE READ THE MANUAL, and go out and have fun flying and filming where you fly . Practice in a big open field without the camera on ,as that is very expensive to repair. Cheers Johnno Hennessy. Keep flying on the green side of the grass..
