I took my H in because the Panorama doesn't work.. I was told to bring a charged BAT. Well I still need to take it back to finish the T/S . This was last Friday... here it is Teu. I'm charging X-mitter and Bat for tomorrow... NO BAT!!!!! I tried to call. I gave up after 5. I'm lucky I'm only 10 Mi. from Yuneec! I went in and explained the sitch. They got me a NEW BAT (N/C)! Their customer service is 100% for me!!! Phone service is good when you can get through. In person . 2nd two none!
 
2nd on great customer service. I received brand new H with the st-16 transmitter turned on in the box. The battery was dead and wouldnt hold a charge. They quickly sent me a replacement battery. They had a call back option when I initially called them. It worked great and a CS rep called me back when they were available.
