Does the 300 foot GEO FENCE only work in smart mode . can i fly further in angel mode

You can change the fence limits by using the GUI software for yunecc and change the 300 foot distance to what you want, leave the 400 ft height to the legal AMA limits. It will work in smart mode I set mine to 3000 feet with no problems.
Download the GUI from (yuneec.com) go to yuneec.com, in search type gui, download and run. Hook up your q500 to the computer and run the gui just follow the directions. It is the same procedure you would use to update the firmware. There are alot of videos on you tube showing you how to do it, have and good luck. Remember to take the blades off before running the gui for safety
