head up the vibration can lead to the lens become detached from the sensor board over time and will lead to other issues as well doing a tear down and rebuild from a crippled cd 23 camera with good lens and sensor board.

Did you test the camera actions in datapilot, and what about the camera zoom functions ?
c23 project going to have to wait till I get back to main location. I did not carry the c23 head form a old camera with me. but the repaired e90 camera is back up and running.
c23 project well under way first round of testing went well using a pigtail antenna mount for the c23 camera antenna. should be able to keep weight to less than e50. now to set the lens location and the wifi board.
