firmware update using ios

Hi guys

Think I'm missing something really basic here, because when I connect to the breeze using wifi, I then have no internet connection, read in 1 of the threads about dissconnecting wifi from the breeze during firmware download but app just says connect breeze because if don't know the versions without being connected.

I'm feeling really thick here, tried iphone 5s and ipad pro, android tablet don't see the breeze and even tried an android emulator of my laptop, although connects to the breeze, emulated app don't recognise the connection.

Is there something basic I'm missing here, an idiot guide for ios devices would be invaluable.

Tried searching but found nothing to help really

Can't access the web while I'm connected to the breeze so can't download firmware, as least I don't think I can, been using my iPad Pro that only has wifi, I'm pretty sure I've tried it on my phone, but I'll try tonight and see how that goes
