The good news in your analysis is that the camera is removable...in case of a cgo4
I would be surprised personally if Yuneec offers an upgraded camera choice for the H any time soon. Its in their best interest to milk all the potential Typhoon H sales before they upgrade. If you want a high performing camera on a reasonably priced drone you have the Inspire 1 with either the X5 or X5 raw cameras. The X5 raw camera has lots of issues from what I've read on the DJI forums. Or you can hang a GH4 under a Tornado 920. Those are the two choices at this point in time. The Tornado has a host of issues as well including the same range problems we enjoy with our H models and some vibration issues as well. The CGO 4 is actually the GH4 clone Yuneec already sells for the Tornado.
Like everything in life, you get what you pay for and we should be pleased with the H and all it can do, but most of us H owners seem to be a bit disappointed with the CGO3+ for a variety of reasons.
